Following an initial career with Toyota Motor Europe, I joined DHL in 2002 and held a number of regional and global roles over 18 years, including Vice President of Global Accounts, where I was responsible for some of the largest key accounts and coaching sales executives across 35 countries on six continents. I later set up a global vertical business development program at HID Global, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, to drive customer centricity and above-average growth in the IT and Security industry.
